Workflow Settings

The Workflow Settings allow the Dropbox Sign integration to update various properties on your contracts during the signing process, including the status, executed, and signed date.

Commitment Purchase Order - Update Status after signature requested	Automatically update the status of a Commitment Purchase Order to the specified status after a signature request has been sent.
Commitment Purchase Order - Update Status after signature completed	Automatically update the status of a Commitment Purchase Order to the specified status after a signature request has been completed
Commitment Subcontract - Update Status after signature requested	Automatically update the status of a Commitment Subcontract to the specified status after a signature request has been sent.
Commitment Subcontract - Update Status after signature completed	Automatically update the status of a Commitment Subcontract to the specified status after a signature request has been completed.
Commitment Change Order - Update Status after signature requested	Automatically update the status of a Commitment Change Order to the specified status after a signature request has been sent.
Commitment Change Order - Update Status after signature completed	Automatically update the status of a Commitment Change Order to the specified status after a signature request has been completed.
Prime Contract - Update Status after signature requested	Automatically update the status of a Prime Contract to the specified status after a signature request has been sent.
Prime Contract - Update Status after signature completed	Automatically update the status of a Prime Contract to the specified status after a signature request has been completed.
Prime Contract Change Order - Update Status after signature requested	Automatically update the status of a Prime Contract Change Order to the specified status after a signature request has been sent.
Prime Contract Change Order - Update Status after signature completed	Automatically update the status of a Prime Contract Change Order to the specified status after a signature request has been completed.
Mark as executed after signature complete	Attempt to automatically mark a contract as executed after a signature request has been completed. This will only work if workflows are not in place.
Update signed date after signature complete	Attempt to automatically set the signed date of a contract after a signature request has been completed. This will only work if workflows are not in place.

NOTE 1: The status and executed fields can also be controlled by a custom Procore workflow, which will take precedent over these settings.

NOTE 2: A Contract Company must be set on each contract for the workflow settings to work.
