Signatures Dashboard

The Dropbox Sign + Procore Signatures Dashboard is a tool to help administrators view and manage signature requests at a global-level.

NOTE

As of now, only Procore admins can access the Signatures Dashboard. In a future release, this will be extended to project leads to allow them to manage only the projects they are assigned to. This update is expected in Q3 of 2026.

Access the Signatures Dashboard​

To access the dashboard, press the Configuration button icon in the top right and select "Launch Signatures Dashboard"

Using the Signatures Dashboard​

Use the dashboard to quickly review the status of your global requests. The data can be filtered by status or project and sorted by requested and completed dates.
